Hi! I’m Betty. I help expats and those who are making big moves, navigate change, build resilience, and live a life they are passionate about no matter where they are in the world!

For me life is a ‘continuous project altered daily’ (Robert Morris). Things are going to change but it doesn’t have to be a bad thing, change can be beautiful if you have the tools to navigate it.

There is no better feeling than knowing you can handle whatever life throws at you. Building resilience will forever help you to have the confidence to know you’ve got this!

A positive mindset can change the way you see the world and your place in it. It doesn’t mean that everything is great all the time but this feeling of positivity and joy can help you get out of the bad times easier.

When we are kids being silly, laughing at ourselves and just having fun is second nature. As we grow up social norms tell us to rein that in, act like an adult. Well, I’m here to bring that ridiculous back! Life doesn’t have to be so serious all of the time! When was the last time you had real fun?!?

Meet Betty

In my 15+ year career in the world of television production, event management and logistics, I understand the dynamics of change whether you have a lot of time to plan or have to make a quick adjustment.

In my personal life, change is in the name as we call our family of three ‘Team Nomad’. We have lived in 5 cities covering 3 countries over the last 10 years. Most recently, moving from Toronto to Doha in the middle of the global pandemic.

My approach to coaching is not only helping people navigate change but building resilience along the way!  As a Certified Tiny Habits Coach I use the methodology of making small changes to create big results!
